The Lagos Branch of Government CollegeUghelli Old Boys’ Association has elected Colonel David Jemine Binitie (rtd) asits Secretary effective Sunday 20th September, 2009. The 1965entry year Old Boy, ex-Oleh House is remembered as the amiable BinitieII while in School. He was unanimously elected at the Branch Executive Councilmeeting and at the General meeting which followed to replace the Branch'sformer Secretary, Mr. Enita Okeme.
